My Logo

A few posts back I let everyone know of my new business venture, making custom purses. Well Chris has been bugging me for weeks to design a logo so the other night I drew a rough draft of one just to get him off my back. Little did I know that he had every intention of bringing it to life and actually having someone draw up the logo and use it for my business. I was thrilled when I got the results. Chris' good friend Keith Brandon www.keithbrandon.com did this for us and we are so excited! Thanks Keith!

Looks good! I checked out your website, too. Everything looks prefessional. I can't wait to have a house again and have my kids be just a little older so I can start sewing agian- it's a great creative outlet.

Today we went to our new ward.  We still have one more week in our current ward but we just wanted to check it out, get our faces known, and possibly drum up some help to unload a moving truck in a couple weeks. Today is Chris Birthday! I'm awful about making plans and doing things for him so this year I have tried my best to be better. We are having a small party if you will , with some friends tonight and having his favorite apple cake with caramel topping. Sometimes life changes and we are all trying to catch up

From day one I could tell there was something different about L...he is my 4th child and right from the start I could tell.  I didn't know I could tell.  I knew he was different from my other kids but I didn't have a clue as to why, or what our future would bring. L was my most sweet baby.  All babies are sweet you say, all babies are different.  I know all babies are sweet but I mean this baby was SWEET.  He slept through the night almost from day one, to a mom 6 hours is like an eternity so I'm calling it through the night.  He rarely cried.  When he did and all the normal boxes were checked, feeding, changing, hot/cold, he just wanted to be left alone.  He would lay for hours on the floor on a blanket and watch life happen.  Then he would just fall asleep and take a nap and it was wonderful.  Being a mom of many kiddos it was like this baby was sent to me on purpose to make it easy.  Usually I have a baby and think "I'm not eve...
