When will the bloodshed end?

Could this cute, cuddly, playful kitty be the most ruthless hunter on the block? YES! Winston is a very good mouser except he doesn't just stick to mice. Last fall he caught his first baby bunny (in the picture below) It lived and was released back into the wild the same day. In the last week he has brought us a mouse (alive), a teenage bunny (alive) and another tiny baby bunny (not so alive). The mouse he let go in our master bathroom, it was a booger to catch but I was successful and took it to the park and let it go. Then a few days later he brought in a bunny and let it go in our room! It hopped all over the place, those little guys are fast, and I finally caught it in our bathroom (again). Last night he was very interested in hanging out in K and O's room and it made me very curious, but I didn't investigate. A few minutes later O came in crying that there was a dead bunny in her room, sure enough it was toast. She could not sleep in her room last night she was afraid to have "bunny dreams".
This bunny from last fall was tiny only 4 inches. He's also brought us birds both alive and dead. I was cooking dinner one night a had a bird fly so close to my face I could feel the wind in it's wings. I'm still waiting for him to bring in a duck or goose, that would be interesting. Keeping him in the house all night is not a possibility because he cries all night. Days like today I wish for winter, he won't step outside all winter!

Too funny... at least to me! (not the dead bunny part though LOL) I can just see you scurrying around trying to get all these creatures! I will be waiting for the post when he catches the duck!

I think your cat is a serial killer/ stalker. I would cry if a dead bunny was brought in. They're too cute to be prey. You could always raise the bunnies as pets:0)

When I was young my cat used to bring us all sorts of stuff. She even caught snakes. She would always carry them around and then "dismantle" them on our front porch. So in the morning when we went out to get the newspaper there would be tons of feathers and a head. She always saved us the head!!!

Poor O! I can imagine the disturbence. I went through 3 hamsters (when I was younger) because of our stupid cat. It's different though, when it's an animal that you don't expect to see ANYWHERE in your house

Today we went to our new ward.  We still have one more week in our current ward but we just wanted to check it out, get our faces known, and possibly drum up some help to unload a moving truck in a couple weeks. Today is Chris Birthday! I'm awful about making plans and doing things for him so this year I have tried my best to be better. Sometimes life changes and we are all trying to catch up

From day one I could tell there was something different about L...he is my 4th child and right from the start I could tell.  I didn't know I could tell.  I knew he was different from my other kids but I didn't have a clue as to why, or what our future would bring. L was my most sweet baby.  All babies are sweet you say, all babies are different.  I know all babies are sweet but I mean this baby was SWEET.  He slept through the night almost from day one, to a mom 6 hours is like an eternity so I'm calling it through the night.  He rarely cried.  When he did and all the normal boxes were checked, feeding, changing, hot/cold, he just wanted to be left alone.  He would lay for hours on the floor on a blanket and watch life happen.  Then he would just fall asleep and take a nap and it was wonderful.  Being a mom of many kiddos it was like this baby was sent to me on purpose to make it easy.  Usually I have a baby and think "I'm not eve...
