Another Hair-Brained Idea

I don't know if anyone else is addicted to Craig's List like I am. It's awful. I'm on first thing in the morning to see what I can find. Mostly I like the free section. I have found several good things for free: a gas grill, free haircuts from SuperCuts, and yesterday I found a free swing set. It was one of those you haul it and you can have it type things. Well I sent Chris over to check it out and it was A LOT bigger than I originally thought. We did good getting it to our house but getting it in the back yard was another thing. By the time we got it back there it was in several pieces. Nothing a few screws and some elbow grease (namely Chris') won't fix. It has a wavy slide, 2 swings, room for a sandbox and a small deck area up top. Once it's up the kids will love it. Here are some before pics:
Hopefully in a few days (maybe weeks) we'll have some cool after pics. Sorry Honey... I won't do that to you again!

I think Hafe is going to be glad he was in Vegas this week and missed out on that "service" opportunity!:)
That looks SO cool though. I love that deck! Can't wait to see it re-assembled!

Wow that looks like it will be a lot of fun. I love the free section but I always find things in the evening when they are already gone!!! Good for you though.

Today we went to our new ward.  We still have one more week in our current ward but we just wanted to check it out, get our faces known, and possibly drum up some help to unload a moving truck in a couple weeks. Today is Chris Birthday! I'm awful about making plans and doing things for him so this year I have tried my best to be better. We are having a small party if you will , with some friends tonight and having his favorite apple cake with caramel topping. Sometimes life changes and we are all trying to catch up

From day one I could tell there was something different about L...he is my 4th child and right from the start I could tell.  I didn't know I could tell.  I knew he was different from my other kids but I didn't have a clue as to why, or what our future would bring. L was my most sweet baby.  All babies are sweet you say, all babies are different.  I know all babies are sweet but I mean this baby was SWEET.  He slept through the night almost from day one, to a mom 6 hours is like an eternity so I'm calling it through the night.  He rarely cried.  When he did and all the normal boxes were checked, feeding, changing, hot/cold, he just wanted to be left alone.  He would lay for hours on the floor on a blanket and watch life happen.  Then he would just fall asleep and take a nap and it was wonderful.  Being a mom of many kiddos it was like this baby was sent to me on purpose to make it easy.  Usually I have a baby and think "I'm not eve...
