Bikes, Boxes, BBQ, and Bugs! (not in that order)

Last night after church we had some friends over and BBQ'd pork chops.  Man they were good!
Our first few days of spring and C already wants to dig up bugs.
O learned how to ride a two wheeler.  She can ride better going down hill than up hill, and she still uses her feet for brakes!
If you give a boy a box... he can do anything!
K riding her new bike.  It took a few minutes to get used to, it's a 26" bike.  Same size as mom's.

I can't believe you guys are wearing flip flops and we are still in snow boots. That is just not fair.

Good for O. I have been trying to get K on her bike just to try but she is still too nervous. We need to get them both new bikes. K is still riding the bike she got when she was done potty training and J doesn't even have one.

Today we went to our new ward.  We still have one more week in our current ward but we just wanted to check it out, get our faces known, and possibly drum up some help to unload a moving truck in a couple weeks. Can I just say it was amazing!  We've been to this ward before when Chris was on the High Council so there were a few familiar faces.  That wasn't the amazing part... Today is Chris Birthday! I'm awful about making plans and doing things for him so this year I have tried my best to be better. We are having a small party if you will , with some friends tonight and having his favorite apple cake with caramel topping. Sometimes life changes and we are all trying to catch up

From day one I could tell there was something different about L...he is my 4th child and right from the start I could tell.  I didn't know I could tell.  I knew he was different from my other kids but I didn't have a clue as to why, or what our future would bring. L was my most sweet baby.  All babies are sweet you say, all babies are different.  I know all babies are sweet but I mean this baby was SWEET.  He slept through the night almost from day one, to a mom 6 hours is like an eternity so I'm calling it through the night.  He rarely cried.  When he did and all the normal boxes were checked, feeding, changing, hot/cold, he just wanted to be left alone.  He would lay for hours on the floor on a blanket and watch life happen.  Then he would just fall asleep and take a nap and it was wonderful.  Being a mom of many kiddos it was like this baby was sent to me on purpose to make it easy.  Usually I have a baby and think "I'm not eve...
