Did you know we had a ROCK STAR in our family?

Well OK he's really not an ACTUAL rock star, it's really just Chris' LITTLE brother (inside joke), but the way the kids are acting you'd think that he was really famous or something. I'm surprised that they have not asked for his autograph. They hang all over him, fight over who sits by him, want him to participate in everything they do. O has even taken to having him comb the tangles out of her hair, and she doesn't even scream (can he move in?!!).

Wes is hanging out with us for a few days before vacation, and will be joining us on the first leg of our camping experience. It's nice to have family visiting, I know Chris has thoroughly enjoyed having his brother here. They even took the kids miniature golfing, and out to ice cream while I went shopping and had a free Cold Stone. (seriously can he move in?)

I happened to snap a picture of him and the kids, I swear he is in there somewhere under all my children. Just think next time he comes for a visit there will be one more to mob him!!

Today we went to our new ward.  We still have one more week in our current ward but we just wanted to check it out, get our faces known, and possibly drum up some help to unload a moving truck in a couple weeks. Can I just say it was amazing!  We've been to this ward before when Chris was on the High Council so there were a few familiar faces.  That wasn't the amazing part... 34 Reasons Why I Love You

Today is Chris Birthday! I'm awful about making plans and doing things for him so this year I have tried my best to be better. We are having a small party if you will , with some friends tonight and having his favorite apple cake with caramel topping. Sometimes life changes and we are all trying to catch up

From day one I could tell there was something different about L...he is my 4th child and right from the start I could tell.  I didn't know I could tell.  I knew he was different from my other kids but I didn't have a clue as to why, or what our future would bring. L was my most sweet baby.  All babies are sweet you say, all babies are different.  I know all babies are sweet but I mean this baby was SWEET.  He slept through the night almost from day one, to a mom 6 hours is like an eternity so I'm calling it through the night.  He rarely cried.  When he did and all the normal boxes were checked, feeding, changing, hot/cold, he just wanted to be left alone.  He would lay for hours on the floor on a blanket and watch life happen.  Then he would just fall asleep and take a nap and it was wonderful.  Being a mom of many kiddos it was like this baby was sent to me on purpose to make it easy.  Usually I have a baby and think "I'm not eve...
