Baby on the Brain

I'm not the only one with baby on the brain. O and her friend M were playing with Play Doh today and O brought me her creation. She asked me to guess what it was.

You really can't tell from the picture but my guesses were:

A cup
A Bowl
A plate
I even guessed an ashtray (you never know)

None were correct. I finally gave up and asked her what it was... A Birthing Tub!!

Bwaaahaaa! You know I have one that you could use! LOL It is huge and collecting dust in my basement. I have to admit it was SOOOO lovely with Jessica. I LOVED being in the tub at the hospital with Faith too. I love water though. It totally relaxes me! It's getting closer!!!!!!!!!!

We took the tour at the hospital a few weeks ago and they have a tub there. I guess she thought it was cool. She keeps reminding me to take my bathing suit!

Today we went to our new ward.  We still have one more week in our current ward but we just wanted to check it out, get our faces known, and possibly drum up some help to unload a moving truck in a couple weeks. Can I just say it was amazing!  We've been to this ward before when Chris was on the High Council so there were a few familiar faces.  That wasn't the amazing part... Today is Chris Birthday! I'm awful about making plans and doing things for him so this year I have tried my best to be better. We are having a small party if you will , with some friends tonight and having his favorite apple cake with caramel topping. Sometimes life changes and we are all trying to catch up

From day one I could tell there was something different about L...he is my 4th child and right from the start I could tell.  I didn't know I could tell.  I knew he was different from my other kids but I didn't have a clue as to why, or what our future would bring. L was my most sweet baby.  All babies are sweet you say, all babies are different.  I know all babies are sweet but I mean this baby was SWEET.  He slept through the night almost from day one, to a mom 6 hours is like an eternity so I'm calling it through the night.  He rarely cried.  When he did and all the normal boxes were checked, feeding, changing, hot/cold, he just wanted to be left alone.  He would lay for hours on the floor on a blanket and watch life happen.  Then he would just fall asleep and take a nap and it was wonderful.  Being a mom of many kiddos it was like this baby was sent to me on purpose to make it easy.  Usually I have a baby and think "I'm not eve...
