Over LOAD!

Over load is what I go into when I'm stressed. I've been putting off several projects just because I'm lazy and kept thinking I had plenty of time. Well I don't have anymore time left so I had to get my butt in gear last night and this morning. I know I should be relaxing but that just makes my brain go CrAzY! Literally crazy, out of my mind, stomach ache, vomit crazy!

Here are a few of my last minute baby projects that I've been working on.

Finally got my diaper bag, nursing cover, and nursing pads done!!! Cloth diapers are done except for one special one that I will finish tonight, and I think that about finishes off my sewing projects. FEWWWW! Now I'm off to have lunch with Chris, buy a nursing bra, get birthday gifts for two of my children that share a birthday next week, and have a Pepsi with a friend. Maybe I should go walk the mall one more time without a stroller!!! It's been nice while it's lasted, so has the no diapers thing, 2 1/2 years of freedom coming to an end tomorrow!!!! YIKES!

sorry about my excessive use of exclamation points but that's how I feel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You never have to apoligize for over using !!!!!! - I use them way too much but hey my life is basically !!!!! so I don't feel so bad.

This time tomorrow you will be a new mommy - this is so great. Get a nice cd of songs that will relax you and just enjoy the moment. Well as best as you can!!!!!! I will be sending you good thoughts all the way from Colorado all day

Today we went to our new ward.  We still have one more week in our current ward but we just wanted to check it out, get our faces known, and possibly drum up some help to unload a moving truck in a couple weeks. Can I just say it was amazing!  We've been to this ward before when Chris was on the High Council so there were a few familiar faces.  That wasn't the amazing part... Sometimes life changes and we are all trying to catch up

From day one I could tell there was something different about L...he is my 4th child and right from the start I could tell.  I didn't know I could tell.  I knew he was different from my other kids but I didn't have a clue as to why, or what our future would bring. L was my most sweet baby.  All babies are sweet you say, all babies are different.  I know all babies are sweet but I mean this baby was SWEET.  He slept through the night almost from day one, to a mom 6 hours is like an eternity so I'm calling it through the night.  He rarely cried.  When he did and all the normal boxes were checked, feeding, changing, hot/cold, he just wanted to be left alone.  He would lay for hours on the floor on a blanket and watch life happen.  Then he would just fall asleep and take a nap and it was wonderful.  Being a mom of many kiddos it was like this baby was sent to me on purpose to make it easy.  Usually I have a baby and think "I'm not eve...

Our 68 Whiskey

All the fretting and studying and worrying and starving paid off!  K scored an excellent score on her ASVAB, better than most people!  She was able to pic the MOS (job) that she wanted and is happily enlisted in the US Army as a 68W (combat medic).  She has a ship out date of June 21 2017 but when she gets her diploma in her hot little hand in December she will renegotiate her contract and try and leave earlier.  This is a huge sigh of relief for her and a bit of a sigh of anxiety for her momma!  That's ok she is following her dream and doing what she will love.  I have faith that she will succeed!  Love that girl of mine.
