A First For Me

It happened tonight. Something I have been dreading ever since I had kids. I nursed a baby with a tooth! First of all I can't believe that I did it, and second of all I can't believe that my baby already has a tooth. He is the earliest first tooth I've ever had!!

Growing up too fast.

I have breastfed 3 out of 4 of my kids until they were over 2 years old and never had any problems at all. I think one of them bit me once and I immediately took he/she off and set them on the floor and said "no". That was all it took-good luck!!! He does seem too little to have a tooth :(

When they bite, is when I am usually done!! Chloe is my first baby to not have a bottle in the first 3 weeks of her life. Everytime I try to give her one I feel sort of guilty. I mean breastfeeding is free, and a pain sometimes, but it is best afterall. I also like the fact that I am the only person who can feed her!! ;)

Today we went to our new ward.  We still have one more week in our current ward but we just wanted to check it out, get our faces known, and possibly drum up some help to unload a moving truck in a couple weeks. Today is Chris Birthday! I'm awful about making plans and doing things for him so this year I have tried my best to be better. We are having a small party if you will , with some friends tonight and having his favorite apple cake with caramel topping. Sometimes life changes and we are all trying to catch up

From day one I could tell there was something different about L...he is my 4th child and right from the start I could tell.  I didn't know I could tell.  I knew he was different from my other kids but I didn't have a clue as to why, or what our future would bring. L was my most sweet baby.  All babies are sweet you say, all babies are different.  I know all babies are sweet but I mean this baby was SWEET.  He slept through the night almost from day one, to a mom 6 hours is like an eternity so I'm calling it through the night.  He rarely cried.  When he did and all the normal boxes were checked, feeding, changing, hot/cold, he just wanted to be left alone.  He would lay for hours on the floor on a blanket and watch life happen.  Then he would just fall asleep and take a nap and it was wonderful.  Being a mom of many kiddos it was like this baby was sent to me on purpose to make it easy.  Usually I have a baby and think "I'm not eve...
