Do Turkey's Trot?

OK who's with me on this?

The 32nd annual Turkey Trot at Miller Park will include a ½ mile fun run for those 14 & under, a 3-mile run for all ages, and a 1.5 mile walk. (November 25, 2010)


Go here for more info, it's FREE!!!!  I know it's Thanksgiving morning but what better way to NOT feel guilty about all that pumpkin pie and whipped cream later in the day!!!  Seriously anyone want to join me for the 3 mile run???

Great idea. It also gets you out of having to clean and stuff the turkey!! I would do it.

I won't exactly be in the best shape to be running that late in November (as if I needed an excuse), but I ould love to come cheer for you & make some extra-yummy for Turkey Day!

Today we went to our new ward.  We still have one more week in our current ward but we just wanted to check it out, get our faces known, and possibly drum up some help to unload a moving truck in a couple weeks. 34 Reasons Why I Love You

Today is Chris Birthday! I'm awful about making plans and doing things for him so this year I have tried my best to be better. We are having a small party if you will , with some friends tonight and having his favorite apple cake with caramel topping. Sometimes life changes and we are all trying to catch up

From day one I could tell there was something different about L...he is my 4th child and right from the start I could tell.  I didn't know I could tell.  I knew he was different from my other kids but I didn't have a clue as to why, or what our future would bring. L was my most sweet baby.  All babies are sweet you say, all babies are different.  I know all babies are sweet but I mean this baby was SWEET.  He slept through the night almost from day one, to a mom 6 hours is like an eternity so I'm calling it through the night.  He rarely cried.  When he did and all the normal boxes were checked, feeding, changing, hot/cold, he just wanted to be left alone.  He would lay for hours on the floor on a blanket and watch life happen.  Then he would just fall asleep and take a nap and it was wonderful.  Being a mom of many kiddos it was like this baby was sent to me on purpose to make it easy.  Usually I have a baby and think "I'm not eve...
