I just want to record everything that comes out of this boys mouth!!

As I was trying to help C sound out his site words for school he came across the word 'has'.  He had all the sounds but couldn't put them together.  Finally I gave in and told him it was HAS.  He said, "Oh, I thought it was 'ass'!"

Just FYI tonight we had snow deer for dinner.  At least that is what C told us that he shot in our yard, cleaned and fried up for us.

He was also out shooting caribou, and snow tigers but ran out of bullets.  Thank goodness he had at least one left for the snow deer or else we may have gone hungry.

Oh, and he was chased by a "herd of snow lions" and almost didn't make it home.

We were home and Matthew was going through the Valentines he got from his classmates and friends. He found found four special ones with lots of candy and he said: "Mom, I've got four secret lovers!"

Isn't it hard to keep a straight face and not laugh out loud sometimes?!!!

Today we went to our new ward.  We still have one more week in our current ward but we just wanted to check it out, get our faces known, and possibly drum up some help to unload a moving truck in a couple weeks. Can I just say it was amazing!  We've been to this ward before when Chris was on the High Council so there were a few familiar faces.  That wasn't the amazing part... 34 Reasons Why I Love You

Today is Chris Birthday! I'm awful about making plans and doing things for him so this year I have tried my best to be better. We are having a small party if you will , with some friends tonight and having his favorite apple cake with caramel topping. Sometimes life changes and we are all trying to catch up

From day one I could tell there was something different about L...he is my 4th child and right from the start I could tell.  I didn't know I could tell.  I knew he was different from my other kids but I didn't have a clue as to why, or what our future would bring. L was my most sweet baby.  All babies are sweet you say, all babies are different.  I know all babies are sweet but I mean this baby was SWEET.  He slept through the night almost from day one, to a mom 6 hours is like an eternity so I'm calling it through the night.  He rarely cried.  When he did and all the normal boxes were checked, feeding, changing, hot/cold, he just wanted to be left alone.  He would lay for hours on the floor on a blanket and watch life happen.  Then he would just fall asleep and take a nap and it was wonderful.  Being a mom of many kiddos it was like this baby was sent to me on purpose to make it easy.  Usually I have a baby and think "I'm not eve...
