Well...

Well my Christmas pictures I took with my camera were a huge flop!  They were completely blurry and you couldn't even tell who was who.  I guess mom of the year award will be given to someone else this time, DANG!    We've had a good start to our year so far.  We made some resolutions as a family which we haven't done before.  So we are excited to be working away on those.

I can't believe in less than 3 months I will have a teenager!  I'm still pretty young...really I am...SERIOUSLY!  I have to keep reminding myself that when my grandma was my age she was a grandma!  Now that's old.  I know most of you are like, NO WAY was your grandma a grandma at 36.  Well let's do the math, she had my mom when she was 16 (yes, she was married and already had a 1 year old), then my mom had me when she was 20, so yes my grandma was a grandma at 36.  Crazy, anyhoo back to my post.

CH is such a good baby.  We all really enjoy having him around, except maybe L who randomly bites him, and make is life somewhat miserable.  Although I do catch them being kind to each other sometimes too.  L will get in CH's face and they will both giggle like crazy.

C is starting to read very well.  He can sound out most words and recognizes a lot of his sight words.  It's such an improvement over his work at the beginning of the year.  He doesn't understand most of what he reads but I'm sure that will come in time.  He LOVES school and is sad when there is a break.

O is so happy to go to school and be a suck up when K is getting into trouble.  She is a very happy child and very kind and loving.  She is always trying to help people.  I never hear a bad word about O.  She is also helping more around the house and getting more responsibility.  She recently got an iPod touch and she thinks she is pretty hot stuff.

Here are some pictures I took off of my camera yesterday:

This is what the boy does while I nurse the baby...get into trouble.  Luckily the oven was off, notice he is using a hot pad, don't notice the dirtyness of my oven.

My only picture of L in the snow.  He loved it until he came into the house with wet hands and cried for an hour because he was cold.  Now he's content to watch from inside the warm house.

CH is so stinkin' cute.  He's even cuter when he doesn't have a rash all over his body, a cut on his nose, and a bite mark on his forehead, trust me!

This is the oldest 4 at the Bass Pro Shop, yes I said Bass Pro Shop.  It's like Sea World for the Midwest!

This is Chris with his new baby, the snow blower.  Now it will never snow here again!
I don't know if anyone reads this blog anymore, I guess if I posted people would read!

I read! I love the pictures because I don't get to see you often and I hardly have seen the baby at all. I love the "trouble" with the oven! So smart that kid is. Glad he can't turn it on yet. :)
